The adhesive should not be applied in rain or humid conditions, or where wet weather is expected before the material has set. Application should take place in temperate weather and must not be carried out in temperatures above 30 °C. Work should be postponed if the substrate or materials are frozen, or where there is a risk of frost within the first 24 hours after application. Initial fixing time is typically around 2 hours, with full curing achieved after 24–48 hours depending on environmental conditions and humidity. The adhesive allows a correction time of approximately 4 minutes after application.
