PRO-533 Tanking Membrane

Tanking Membrane is a one-component, ready-to-use sealing
compound based on acrylic resin dispersion. It forms a seamless, flexible and durable waterproof coating, ideal for bathrooms, walk-in showers, wet rooms, basements and other moisture-prone areas.

Suitable for substrates such as concrete, cement-lime plaster,
gypsum plaster, screeds (including underfloor heating) and
plasterboards. For best results, we recommend priming the
surface with Water Based Substrate Primer (EWI-301) before
application.

Application Conditions
Apply the coating with a brush or roller in at least two uniform layers, allowing a minimum drying interval of 3 hours between coats. Application should take place at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C (air, substrate, and product). On substrates with expansion gaps, use insulation tape between layers. Elastic and deformable tile adhesives must be used when fixing tiles onto the cured membrane. Further construction work should only be carried out 18–24 hours after the waterproofing layer has been applied.

EWI-020 Render Accelerator

Render accelerator is a ready-to-use additive, designed to speed up the drying times of our Premium Bio Silicone, Silicone, Silicone Silicate and Nano Drex Silicone Render. This is ideal for use when carrying out rendering works in the winter or in cold weather as lower temperatures can have a negative impact on the curing rates of renders, thereby causing problems with the render further down the line. The EWI-020 is designed to limit these problems, allowing installers to continue using thin coat render products even in colder climates. When installing in cold conditions, the product is the ideal solution for preventing issues related to render curing.

Application Conditions
Accelerator should be poured directly into the bucket of render and mixed thoroughly before use.
We recommend using 100ml of accelerator per 25kg bucket of render.

EWI-087 Render Shield

Render Shield is the newest innovation from EWI Pro, engineered to protect your render surfaces from the unpredictable British elements. It is straightforward to apply on pre-existing renders, forming a breathable protective layer that shields against rainwater damage and prevents dirt penetration. Render Shield dries transparently with a matte finish and once cured it significantly reduces the surface’s absorbency by forming a vapour-permeable film. Additionally, Render Shield is an excellent solution for discouraging the growth of biological contaminants on render surfaces. It also aids in maintaining the original appearance of your render by preventing discolouration
after rainfall, ensuring your property retains a uniform and attractive look regardless of the weather conditions.
Intended Uses
Intended for creating a hydrophobic film on absorbent surfaces of construction elements, both indoor and outdoor.

For securing facades against the penetration of rainwater and
aggressive compounds.

Intended for mineral plasters (without gypsum content), stone
cladding, concrete, terrazzo, mineral paint coats, rendered walls, silicate surfaces, ceramic and cement roof tiles, cement-fibre panels, etc.

After drying, it contains a vapour-permeable layer, reducing the
absorbency of the surface, preventing damage caused by frost or salt crystallisation, limits soiling and biological aggression
Application Conditions
All render must be cleared of dust, soot, grease and anything else that might reduce the contact between the product and the render. Any surface covered in mould, algae or moss should first be treated with EWI-360 Fungicidal Wash. The product comes ready to use. Do not dilute the product with water or mix with other materials. Mix thoroughly before use. Apply when the temperature is between 5˚C and 25˚C with a paintbrush or roller. The coverage rate is approximately 0.1 litres per metre squared.

EWI-250 Self-Levelling Compound

EWI Pro’s Ultimate leveller is our advanced Self-levelling compound, ideal for internal flooring in commercial and residential buildings or other places exposed to similar loads. The self-levelling compound EWI-250 provides a high-quality, sturdy finish to any flooring. Creating the perfect substrate for ceramic tiles, synthetic flooring and parquet flooring etc.
Intended Uses
The EWI Pro EWI-250 self-levelling compound has been designed for use on internal flooring and is suitable to be used on a variety of floor surfaces including underfloor heating. EWI-250 can be applied at a thickness ranging from 2-100mm. This quick-drying product provides the perfect substrate for ceramic tiles, synthetic flooring, parquet flooring, etc as it can be covered after 24 hours.
Application Conditions
Apply in temperatures above 5°C or below 25°C; this applies to air, groundwork, and product temperature. Do not apply to hot substrates, below 5°C or in direct sunlight. Such conditions must be maintained during the project and 24 hours after the ultimate leveller has been applied. 2 hours after application; you can stand on the substrate. Please note, we recommend testing the substrate first.

After 24 hours of applying the self-levelling compound, you can cover it with additional flooring materials. If more than 20mm is applied to the mixture, leave 1 additional day of drying for each extra 10mm of product.

Pro Clean – Render Remover

EWI Pro Clean – Render Remover is the ideal product for removing unwanted silicone render, primers & basecoats. The unique formulation breaks down silicone render, removing it efficiently from windows, walls, and other unwanted areas. Pro Clean uses nano-energy cells which penetrate the render spillage and actively help lift it away.

It has been specially formulated to work on both dried and wet renders; it can also be used on cementitious products, including monocouche render and basecoats.

It is designed to cut cleaning times and costs in half, using less product by aiming to clean surfaces on the first use. Leave on spillage for 1 minute for general cleaning and 20 minutes for heaving soiling.
Intended Uses
The EWI Pro – Render Remover (5L) is effective on a wide variety of surfaces, including:
Stainless steel, plastic, wood, ceramic, glass, rubber, concrete, metal, vinyl floors and safety floors, uPVC cladding, canvas, and more.

PRO CLEAN IS A READY-TO-USE PRODUCT, DO NOT DILUTE WITH WATER.
Application Conditions
Spray EWI Pro Clean Render Remover onto the render spillage and leave for 20 minutes.
Try to keep the spillage wet (Spills may require further applications of Pro Clean).
Using a suitable cleaning implement (e.g., a wire brush or cloth), agitate the area to lift the unwanted render.
For stubborn spillages, repeat the process until removed.
