PRO-604 FINO Pre Sealer

Product Overview

PRO-604 FINO Pre Sealer is a single-component, solvent-free primer designed for use under polyurethane (PU) coatings. It reduces substrate absorbency, strengthens the surface, and improves adhesion, making it ideal for architectural concrete and microcement applications. Resistant to high pH, the primer penetrates deeply into substrates to create a durable, stable base for subsequent coatings. 

Intended Uses

PRO-613 Pre Sealer is used for priming absorbent substrates prior to polyurethane coating. It is recommended for architectural concrete, microcement, and other porous surfaces.  The product is designed to promote a strong, long-lasting bond between the substrate and the topcoat.

Application Conditions

Apply a thin, even coat using a brush, roller or suitable spray. For very absorbent or weak substrates, a second coat is recommended using the wet-on-wet method. Drying time is approximately 2 hours, although this may vary depending on temperature, humidity and site conditions.
