Substrates must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oils, curing agents or loose material that could affect adhesion. Any significant cracks, voids or damaged areas should be repaired before application. PRO-313 is supplied ready to use and should be stirred thoroughly prior to application to ensure an even dispersion of solids. Depending on substrate absorbency, the product may be diluted with clean water, typically between 1:1 and 1:3 (product to water). Apply using a brush, roller or low-pressure spray to achieve full surface coverage. Under standard conditions (approximately 20°C and 50% RH), the primer will dry in around 2 hours, with a minimum of 12 hours recommended before applying plaster or other internal finishes.
