EWI-747F Fine Finish Lime Render NHL 3.5

Product Overview
EWI-747F Fine Finish Lime Render is the fine-textured variant of the flagship product within the Heritage Range, developed to deliver the same high levels of breathability with a smoother, more refined final appearance. Like all lime renders, it allows water vapour to pass through its structure, supporting the natural movement of moisture in and out of a building’s walls. This permeability is a key advantage over less breathable, cement-based renders and makes it particularly suitable for sensitive substrates.
Formulated without chemical additives, EWI-747F is a fully natural and sustainable render that aligns with eco-conscious building practices. It sets through carbonation, actively absorbing CO₂ as it cures, and offers a timeless aesthetic that is especially well-suited to the renovation and conservation of older buildings where a finer finish is required.

Application Conditions
The render can be applied manually using a trowel or sprayed using an automatic plastering machine. It should be applied in layers with a typical thickness of 4–10 mm. Where greater thickness is required, the material should be built up in two or more layers, applied before the previous layer has fully hardened. Once applied, the surface should be floated to achieve the desired fine finish.
