PRO-685 DECO Venetian Plaster

Product Overview
PRO-685 DECO Venetian Plaster is a decorative lime-based plaster designed to create elegant interior finishes with a natural mineral appearance. Formulated using air lime, micronised marble and performance additives, it produces breathable, moisture-regulating surfaces while delivering a smooth, refined decorative effect. The material can be applied in thin layers using a trowel or spatula to create a range of finishes, from smooth polished surfaces to more textured decorative effects, making it suitable for modern interiors as well as traditional design schemes.
Intended Uses
PRO-685 DECO Venetian Plaster is designed for internal decorative applications on walls, ceilings and selected interior surfaces. It adheres well to mineral substrates such as plasterboard, fine mortars and prepared plaster surfaces, providing a durable decorative finish in residential and commercial spaces. The product is suitable for creating a variety of aesthetic finishes, including smooth, coarse or rustic textures, allowing designers and installers to achieve customised decorative effects across interior environments such as homes, offices, retail spaces and hospitality settings.

Application Conditions
Substrates must be clean, dry, stable and free from dust, grease or other contaminants prior to application. Surfaces should be flat, and any cracks or imperfections should be repaired before the plaster is applied. On very smooth or low-porosity substrates, a bonding primer may be required to improve adhesion, while heterogeneous surfaces may require a suitable primer to ensure uniform absorption. The plaster should be mixed until a smooth, homogeneous consistency is achieved and applied in thin layers of approximately 1-3 mm using a spatula or trowel, depending on the desired finish. Application should take place at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C, avoiding unsuitable environmental conditions during curing.
