PRO-684 DECO Lime Primer

Product Overview

PRO-684 DECO Lime Primer is a ready-to-use, breathable primer formulated with natural lime and mineral additives.
It is designed to regulate substrate absorbency, improve adhesion and provide a stable bonding layer before the application of decorative lime and mineral finishes.

By helping to control suction while maintaining vapour permeability, PRO-684 DECO Lime Primer creates the correct foundation for decorative finish systems where both breathability and finish quality are required.

Intended Uses

PRO-684 DECO Lime Primer is used as a preparatory coat before mineral plasters, limewash paints and lime-based decorative finishes, including products within the EWI Pro DECO range.

It is suitable for high-absorption mineral substrates such as plaster, masonry, stone and brick. It can be used on interior surfaces and protected exterior surfaces where a breathable primer is required before the application of subsequent mineral or lime-based finishes.

Application Conditions

Apply only when the air and substrate temperatures are between 5°C and 30°C. Do not apply in unsuitable drying conditions, including areas exposed to excessive moisture, frost, direct heat or poor ventilation. Site conditions must allow the primer to dry evenly before subsequent materials are applied.
