PRO-570 Ready Mixed Plaster

Product Overview

PRO-570 Ready Mixed Plaster is a ready-to-use, polymer-modified internal finishing plaster designed to produce a smooth, high-quality surface on internal walls and ceilings prior to decoration. Supplied as a factory-prepared paste, it offers excellent workability, good adhesion and increased hardness, making it suitable for hand, roller or machine application. The formulation is smooth, thixotropic and easy to apply, providing a fine finish suitable for modern internal construction and refurbishment projects.

Intended Uses

PRO-570 Ready Mixed Plaster is intended for internal use only. It is designed for smoothing internal walls and ceilings before painting or the application of quality decorative finishes. It is suitable for use over cement-lime plasters, gypsum plasters, plasterboard, concrete and reinforced concrete, provided the substrate is sound, dry and correctly prepared. It is particularly well suited to projects where a smooth finish is required using hand, roller or machine application methods.

Application Conditions

Application should be carried out when the air, substrate and product temperatures are between +5°C and +30°C. The surface must be dry, sound, fixed and free from dust, soot, algae, efflorescence and other contamination. Finishing works should only begin once walls and concrete elements have fully settled, dried and stabilised. Rooms should be ventilated after completion of the works.
