Product Overview

PRO-311 Yellow Grit Primer is a concentrated, water-based primer designed to regulate substrate absorbency and prepare floors prior to the application of screeds and self-levelling compounds. It improves adhesion, reduces suction and promotes consistent curing, helping to create a stable and reliable substrate for subsequent flooring layers.

Intended Uses

PRO-311 Yellow Grit Primer is designed for use before the application of cement-based and anhydrite self-levelling compounds, floor screeds and levelling mortars. It helps control substrate absorbency, improve bond strength and reduce the risk of uneven drying on absorbent mineral substrates.

Application Conditions

Application should be carried out when the air, substrate and product temperatures are between +5°C and +25°C. Protect freshly primed surfaces from contamination, excessive moisture and adverse site conditions during drying.
