Product Overview

PRO-250 LEVEL-QS is a rapid-setting, cement-based self-levelling floor compound designed for internal floor preparation and renovation. It creates smooth, level surfaces prior to the installation of floor coverings and is suitable for both new-build and refurbishment projects.

The product offers excellent flow, high mechanical strength and can be applied from 2–100mm in a single application.

Intended Uses

PRO-250 LEVEL-QS is suitable for levelling and smoothing internal concrete, cement screed and other suitable mineral-based substrates before the installation of ceramic and porcelain tiles, vinyl, carpet, laminate and engineered wood flooring. It is suitable for residential, commercial and public buildings, and can be used with underfloor heating systems when installed correctly. Internal use only.

Application Conditions

Application should only proceed when the substrate and ambient temperatures are between +5°C and +25°C. During curing, protect the surface from direct sunlight, strong draughts, frost and rapid drying.
