Product Overview

EWI-250 Self-Levelling Compound is an advanced levelling compound designed to create smooth, level internal floors in both residential and commercial environments. It delivers a high-quality, durable finish that forms an ideal substrate for a wide range of floor coverings. With excellent flow properties and a quick drying time, it supports efficient installation while providing a strong, stable base for the finished floor.

Intended Uses

EWI-250 Self-Levelling Compound is intended for internal flooring applications and can be used across a variety of substrates, including floors with underfloor heating. It is suitable for application thicknesses ranging from 2 mm up to 100 mm and is designed to prepare floors for ceramic tiles, synthetic floor coverings, parquet and similar finishes. Its fast-setting formulation allows floor coverings to be installed after approximately 24 hours under normal conditions.

Application Conditions

Application should take place when air, substrate and product temperatures are between +5 °C and +25 °C. The compound should not be applied to hot substrates, in direct sunlight or when temperatures fall below 5 °C. These conditions should be maintained during application and for at least 24 hours afterwards. Light foot traffic is possible after approximately 2 hours. Where application thickness exceeds 20 mm, additional drying time should be allowed at a rate of one extra day for every additional 10 mm. Substrate testing is recommended prior to application to ensure suitability.
