EWI-060 Mineral Render

Product Overview

Mineral Render is a dry mix decorative render suitable for hand or spray application. It can be used as part of an A1 fire-rated external wall insulation system or within a thin-coat render-only system. Supplied in a 1.5mm grain size, it must be sealed with an approved silicone paint to protect against lime bloom. Without sealing, the risk of lime bloom is increased.

Intended Uses

With its fast drying time, Mineral Render is ideal for the winter months and unpredictable weather conditions. It is suitable for use on EPS and Mineral Wool insulation systems. Our Silicone Paint is available in thousands of colours, including 50 signature colours, or can be matched to any RAL or NCS colour

Application Conditions

Application and setting temperature: from +5°C to +25°C.

Mineral Render should not be applied if any of the materials – or the substrate – are frozen or if there is any risk of frost damage within the first 24 hours.

Setting time is typically 24 hours, although this is dependent upon the environment and humidity.
