Additionally, we can announce the successful approval of a comprehensive range of fire ratings across a number of EWI Pro systems.  

The recently approved fire classifications and resistance ratings are as follows: 

• Mineral Wool Fire Classification with Mineral Render + Silicone Paint: A1 rated to BS EN 13501-1 2018 reaction to fire classification

• Mineral Wool Fire Classification with Silicone Render: A2 rated 

• EPS Fire Classification with Silicone Render: B rated 

• EPS Fire Resistance Classification with Silicone Render: EI 45 (45 minutes) 

• Mineral Wool Fire Resistance on Masonry Wall with Silicone Render: EI 120 (120 minutes) 

• Mineral Wool Fire Resistance on SFS Wall with Silicone Render: EI 120 (120 minutes)
