Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://www.ewipro.com website and the EWI Pro Installer Portal (the “Service”) operated by EWI Pro Insulation Systems Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service, and we suggest terminating this online session.

Purchases

EWI Pro Insulation Systems Ltd does not sell products to professionals or the public. The distribution of products is undertaken by EWI Pro’s approved distributors. A list of the distributors can be found on the EWI Pro Distribution page.

All EWI Pro samples will be fulfilled by EWI Pro’s approved distributors. When ordering EWI Pro samples, you agree to have your data shared with EWI Pro’s approved distributors for this purpose.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Our website allows you to apply for product samples, technical information, CPDs and local installers. To complete these information inputs, we ask you to make certain personal information like your name, telephone, email and address details available. These details are held on our CRM system on our own secure servers and not shared to any third parties or organisations outside EWI Pro Insulation Systems Ltd. This information held is only used to fulfil the requirements of the request made.
