Thank you for choosing EWI Pro products and for considering one of our Approved Installers for your project. We are proud to provide industry-leading external wall insulation systems and support a network of trained installers who have completed our product training.
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they outline the scope and limitations of the EWI Pro Approved Installer scheme.
1. Nature of the Approved Installer Scheme
1.1. EWI Pro operates an Approved Installer scheme to help connect homeowners and contractors with installers who have successfully completed our training and demonstrated an understanding of our systems and specifications.
1.2. While we provide guidance and training to installers, EWI Pro is not a party to any contract between you (the customer) and the Approved Installer.
2. Installer Independence & Your Contract
2.1. All Approved Installers are independent businesses or sole traders. They are not employed by, agents of, or acting on behalf of EWI Pro.
2.2. Any contractual agreement for works – including pricing, timescales, workmanship warranties, and payment terms – is solely between you and the installer.

3.1. EWI Pro product warranties cover the materials used in your system, provided they are installed in accordance with our specifications and by a competent installer.
3.2. The workmanship warranty is separate and must be provided by the installer. EWI Pro does not guarantee labour or installation services.

4.1. When requested, EWI Pro may recommend one or more Approved Installers in your area. These recommendations are made in good faith based on:

5.1. If you experience issues with an installation carried out by an Approved Installer, you must raise them directly with the installer in the first instance.
5.2. EWI Pro does not mediate or intervene in contractual disputes between installers and customers.
5.3. If we receive repeated complaints about a particular installer, we reserve the right to remove them from our Approved Installer list, but we are not responsible for rectifying any work or issuing compensation.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. EWI Pro’s liability is limited strictly to the supply and performance of our products, subject to our standard product warranty terms.
6.2. We accept no liability for installation work, loss of earnings, damage to property, or additional costs incurred as a result of any work carried out by an Approved Installer.
5.1. If you experience issues with an installation carried out by an Approved Installer, you must raise them directly with the installer in the first instance.
